Small secret of competitiveness

Clients usually think that companies focused on personnel servises work under really competive circumstances and according to that they should  modify their attitude to them.When they are attracted to a company for exaple by well-prepared presentaion, they consider making long-term commitment to exclusive partneship in the recruitment or at least in education as rightfull.Sometimes it does not have to be a good idea.Although they have not sighed any contract like that , they hesitate to mention cooperation with the others. When it comes to this topic, they act as if they were guilty. As they admit bad behaviour.

It is not true that in the field of personnel advisory , recruitment or corporate education the competitiveness does not exist. Of course it exists and sometimes it is quite tought as in other bussinesses. Nevertheless, it is not possible to look at it as it is black and white. 

Company‘s potencial clients can react to announcement of  competitor’s existence by realising the trusthworthiness and quality of company’s servises.  The principle of monopoly is harmful in contrary competitiveness is benefitial. If  the company is confident of its product, they are not threatened of  competitors. Contrary, they welcome opportunity to compare and to improve their product. In case the company is the best, it teaches the others.

When we look at it from this point of view , the siuation will occure to be absolutely different.
There is no need to hide anything. Moreover, It is advantages to mention your competitors in your speach and emphasise what they are goot at. It is pleasant to realise that approach like this is really benefitial for everybody.
