Player agents - sportmen personalists?

How can these two fields mingle with each other? The role of bond here have player agents, or HR consultants. To have his/her HR consultant is a really unique privilege, beloneg to top manageres or super-talented people.
And we can see this situation also on top-level athletes field, mainly in popular team sports, such as fotball or hockey are. Players, with a great potencial or those whose already get to the group "the best of the bests" usually have their own agent. Speaking about the Czech conditions, I can mention names as "Pavel Paska", "Zdeněk Nehoda" or "Petr Svoboda". All these try to find the best ways for their clients how to find their use in some of the elite clubs.
This kind of market works the same as any other market in HR problematic, with just one exception: everything is regulated by "transfer period".

But the main difference is: these sport players are just "entertainer", whose, despite their popularity, do not have almost any remits, just have to do what's told them.
On the other hand, top-managers are "just people", just people whose lead, organize, show the way to the whole organization, but are known just in a very small circle of people, compare to the sport stars.
Every position has its own specific and to find the employment for top-manager or elite sportman is a long-way run, with many stops, requiring good experiences and...good acquaintances.

So, Paradoxical, we can find some connections even between those so much different fields - the effort to make maximum for a client through well done job.
