He won’t have necessary technical skills even though he claimed he is really good at it. He won’t be able to take in consideration issue of company’s activities, although he was able to communicate about different topics and change them fluently during the interview and so It looked like he is able to do it. So it is really important to deside whether the person who should choose the collegue has enough time, needed knowledge, and tools.
